Mr. Beckstead is a CPA licensed in the state of Nevada since 1995.
He is president of United Accounting Systems, LLC , a US-based
accounting systems and document management consulting firm
with over 10 national and international clients.
Mr. Beckstead is also Managing Partner of the CPA firm, Beckstead
and Watts, LLP, a firm specializing in the audit of US
publicly-traded companies. Beckstead and Watts, LLP has serviced
in excess of 100 national and international clients since 1999.
Mr. Beckstead is a former Chief Financial Officer of a Las
Vegas-based telecommunications company and is a former staff
auditor with the San Francisco, California office of an international
"Big 4" accounting firm, where he specialized in audits of banks,
mortgage companies, and other sophisticated financial institutions.

is a long-time member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the US Public
Company Accounting Oversight Board, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission Practice
Section of the AICPA.

Mr. Lin is a highly experienced system architect and has been a Chief Software Architect. Specialties
include, but are not exclusive to, distributed component application development, IT outsourcing
management, system integration, system migration, and international collaboration on
team-based project development. IT outsourcing has become a popular business attempt at
reducing internal development cost. With that in mind, it has also been the practice of choice for
Mr. Lin in recent years. As a result of the geographical constraint and cultural difference, it is
inherently more complex to execute development plans across the continents without strategic
arrangements. Therefore, the communication channel and the methodology applied to the workflow
are inevitably some of the most essential parameters in outsourcing management. From
requirement delivery to output testing and control, Mr. Lin is constantly refining strategic
